The two altars in the Mishkan, gold and copper, could never become impure. Every Jew is a personal Sanctuary where Hashem dwells. Our task is to let intellect guide emotion and to refine the animal soul through inner “offerings.” Whether a Jew is like gold or copper, the soul always remains pure and inseparable from Hashem 🏛️
